A letter arrived yesterday, addressed to me, from that airline I loath.
I opened the envelope. I pulled out the letter.
Dear Ms Yvonne Cole*, it began.
I can't figure out if Ms Cole had the same complaint that I did, or if they are just utterly inept.
*Name changed.
